Diversity&Inclusion


At Chiesi, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is part of our culture: as a Benefit company and a certified B Corp, we strive to further reinforce an inclusive and open approach in our day-to-day operations, to ensure our people's well-being, openness to others and a sense of welcome, thereby improving individual and team performance.

 

Ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religion, political views, lifestyle and other invisible diversities represent the set of personal characteristics that make each individual unique. At Chiesi, we want to give value to all these differences so that everyone can show the best of themselves.

 

With this in mind, Chiesi reinforces its commitment to this approach through the Global D&I Policy, a document adopted by the entire Group that aims to explain the values and behaviours the company promotes and adopts to create an inclusive environment. Indeed, the policy encourages a culture based on acceptance and inclusiveness, respect for all differences, creating development opportunities for all our people based on their merits and talents and promoting inclusive leadership.
